New Downloads System

As you can see I have been busy today playing with the forum, adding new features.

I have added a new download system (currently disabled)

This download system will allow us to provide a better interface for downloads for both Regular & VIP members, giving us more control over who can access what, plus it puts everything into an easier navigational interface.

The system also integrates into the vBexperience system recently added to allow us to add additional vb shop content (coming soon) such as custom scripts that will be available to users that have reached a certain activity level or achievement or those that are VIP etc..

Great work so far ContemptX. I am really trying to add alot of info. and software for everyone also. Over the next few weeks, I expect to add alot of helpful stuff for everyone. I will have to check out the new downloads section. I have some stuff I am sure you will want in the VIP section. But since I am not VIP, I dont know how that works?

I look forward to being a contributing member to this great an aspiring forum.
