Improved Spam Management

Due to the ever increasing sophistication of spam bots as you may have noticed recently we became a target, especially for these card dumps and other related fraud posts.

Today I have implemented a few enhancements that should eliminate 99% of these spam posts, without making the registration impossible for humans to complete.

I will be implementing some limitations for new registrations, such as posting links, creating signatures and other functions that are most commonly used by spam bots.

Hopefully with this situation under control we can work on taking the forum forward.
