xrumer question

Been running 'the rumer' for the last two days and have about 500 odd profiles created. Most do follow
Heres a question about SEP spiders. Do they have access to the profiles in forums if the user needs to log in. I have been thinking of bookmarking these urls to get them spidered but wondered if the spiders would be able to pick up the backlink.

Any comments would be appreciated

In Short, yes.

creating just profiles with xrumer, is great for a site that is still new, (not many backlinks, pr etc..)

Its a more whitehat method of building backlinks, I know many people that use xrumer in this way, including myself.

I was under the impression as well that only profiles that are public can get spidered.

It depends on the forum's settings. If the forum allows bot's (spiders) to view the memberlist but not unregistered users, then it'll get spidered.

Protip: I used this method to get into some hidden forums that were 'VIP only'.

My method of linkbuilding in the VIP works a treat, very tricky indeed.. I am sure the vip members liked my method

Most of all the forums I found do not require login to view the profile. Like all of Angela's and Paul's links do not require login.

By the way, does anyone know of a mass RSS creator where I can upload all the membership profiles, create an RSS and then ping it and bookmark it?

You can do this in senukes new rss module. Add in all your pages with rss and it creates a single mashup which you can distribute. hope this helps
