My disclaimer: Please realize that there are risky ways to fill out the payment and tax information in your
new EPN account, and there are notsorisky ways. There are things you can do to offset this risk greatly (they
will be covered in this document), so, if you follow the recommendations you are minimizing the chances of
the account being deleted by Ebay personnel for tax/identity issues. In any matter, please understand that
you are proceeding at your own risk. Alright, disclaimer end!
First I will cover how to avoid linking multiple EPN accounts together:
Before you login or verify any single account, make sure you do the following:
Step 1. Change your IP address. You can do this by using dial up (a simple disconnect/reconnect will give you
a new IP address.) Obviously there are many other ways, including proxies, VPN/VPS, DSL modem reset,
aircard, etc. IMPORTANT: For those that are not in the US: NonUS residents login to US EPN accounts
without problems, however, I highly recommend that you get a US proxy to use at least temporarily just to
verify, login, and setup the account. Step 7 will show you how to login just once, then never have to login
again.
Proxy Lists. is an excellent source of fresh proxies, listed by country. Make sure to use the
newest ones available for the United States.
Step 2. Clear your browser cookies AND your flash cookies. A great plugin that will remove all your flash
cookies is Objection for Firefox: Objection
Step 3. (Optional, but adds another degree of protection.) Download User Agent Switcher, an add on for
Firefox that allows you to look as if youre using different browsers. The add on can be downloaded here:

When you login into your new account, you need to do the following:
Step 3. Specify payment information.
All EPNs that I sell come with an unverified US Paypal account. This account is entered into the account when
you receive it, and you can either keep it, or change the Paypal payment address to your own. If you keep the
Paypal account, I would recommend getting it verified with a US bank account. If you dont have a way of
verifying it, you can either keep it the way it is and deal with the send receive limits, or use a nonUS Paypal
account. Many people are receiving payments to nonUS Paypal accounts without problems.
This should be obvious: Don’t use the same Paypal email address on more than one EPN account, ever! The
same goes for bank accounts. Up until recently, using multiple emails on one Paypal account to receive
payments from multiple EPN accounts was working. Now, that does not seem to be the case. People doing
this are getting their Paypals limited, and most of the time, losing their earnings. I strongly advise against
doing this now. The better solution would be to purchase or create and verify multiple Paypals, and use one
Paypal for each account. Another note: Many people are receiving payments from US EPN Accounts to non
US Paypal accounts without problems.
The ideal solution (more viable if youre in the US) would be to open a new bank account in your name (or a
company name), just for the purposes of creating completely separate Paypal accounts, each one dedicated
to its own EPN account. Washington Mutual and Bank of America are a couple banks that you can open
accounts online with relatively easy. A lot of banks offer free accounts with minimal deposit requirements.
Also, check out eBay suspended accounts / eBay suspension - Lobbay.com for acquiring US bank accounts that are able to verify US Paypals.
Lobbay also offer bank accounts + eBay sellers accounts as well. This can be very helpful to your eBay efforts
Step 4. Enter tax information.
For this, you have three options, and the choice is entirely yours once again, I cant be held liable for you
losing an account because you decided to take a riskier option.
Option 1 (Recommended): Create an EIN (Employer Identification Number), otherwise known as a Federal
Tax Identification Number for a business. Obtaining an EIN is easy, and you can get one in about 5 minutes.
To the best of my knowledge, you can get one EIN per business, including but not limited to LLCs, Sole
Proprietorships, and Corporations. Its important to know that whatever money you make using your EIN will
be declared to the IRS, so you might have to pay taxes on the money earned. Make sure to use the address
you registered your business under in the tax information area. This is assuming you have never used this
address on another EPN account. If you need a new address for your business, consider a virtual office. For
nonUS residents (and US residents), you can purchase anonymous corporations in the US. Uptownbulker on
BHW is an excellent, reputable source for these.
Option 2 (Riskier, for US Residents): Use a family member or friends tax and address information. This can
be your spouse, family member, friend, girlfriend/boyfriend, whatever. The only advantage here is that
youre using a valid SSN for a valid name, and you have the opportunity to get this persons consent before
doing this. If youre doing this, it might be best to add this person to the authorized users list in your EPN
account.
Option 3: (Riskier, for Everyone): Many people have reported doing this without any problems at all, so
even though this is probably the riskiest of the three options, it is working fine for many people. Especially if
you arent in the US, it seems this would be the best option. Basically you just generate a valid US Social
Security Number, and input it into the tax information. For the name and address, generate a fake set of
information here: http://www.fakenamegenerator.com/genrandomusus.php. You can generate a valid SSN
here: http://www.fakenamegenerator.com/soc...ritynumber.php Make sure you use the second link to
generate the SSN (socialsecuritynumber.php) the SSN thats generated on the first link is invalid (genrandom
usus.php). The second link will generate a valid US SSN.
I need to say it one more time: *Use option 3 at your own risk.*
Step 5. Go to Account > Business Information and change all of the info to match the tax information you
entered using option 1, 2, or 3. Also, make sure you go to Account > Personal Settings and change the name
and phone number to match whatever you entered for tax information. If you want to add your own email to
the account, add it in the users panel. You can not delete the original email.
Step 6. Change/add your own website to the account by going to Account > Business Information. This will be
your white hat site with eBay ads on it. *Make sure you have a website in your EPN profile that has your EPN
affiliate link on it. Otherwise, you are asking for a ban.*
Step 7. (Highly Recommended) Setup weekly reports to be emailed to you every Monday by doing the
following:

1. From your EPN dashboard, click on “Reports”
2. Fill out the report type of your choosing… I personally prefer “By Day”
3. Date Range: I prefer “Month to Date”… just like the default setting on the main dashboard.
4. Make sure to fill in the “Campaign ID” to the campaign you want to keep tabs on.
5. Fill in “Tool name/ID” if you’re looking to track something very specific… otherwise leave this blank to
include all your activities.
6. Push the “Save/Schedule Report” button.
7. Give the report a name and description, then make sure you tick the box next to the word “Scheduled?”
This will make a “Scheduled Report Options” section at the bottom of the page appear.
8. Fill out report filters to your liking.
9. In the “Scheduled Report Options” section, for Frequency, choose weekly, unless you prefer monthly.
Weekly will mean a report is sent to you once a week.
10. For export format, choose “Excel”… the text files are a mess, I dont recommend that format.
11. Hit the “Create” button. You’re done. Now you never have to login to this account again.
Step 8. Make sure you get your campaign ID and grab your link, and save it to a text file along with your other
EPN account links. This way, you’ll never have to login again. You’ll have to wait until Monday every week to
receive your earnings stats, but this is a foolproof way to eliminate the risk of linking accounts.
Step 9. Change the passwords to all accounts: EPN, Email, and Paypal then they are truly yours If your
email included with the account is a gmail account, make sure to go into the Forwarding section of your
account, and turn forwarding off. I use forwarding on all the email accounts I create for application purposes.
This way, I wont be receiving your emails!
Remember, repeat all of the steps detailed in this document before logging into any one EPN account. If you
really must login to check your stats for any account, make sure to follow steps 1 and 2 above.
Questions Answered and Recommendations
I have applied for an EPN account before and been denied. Can I use the information that I applied with on
my new account?
I strongly recommend that you dont. Any information that can tie your new account back to another
account, or even an application could potentially compromise your account. Try to use 100% unique
information on your new account to protect it.
I was banned from EPN. Can I use the information I had on that account on the new one?
The answer to this question seems obvious to me, but the answer is absolutely not! Never, ever use
information from a banned account on a new one youre almost sure to flag the account and probably lose
it.
If I use fake information, will the Feds come and get me?
Ive never heard of this happening, and frankly, if you think the Feds are going to come after you for an EPN
account that has false information in it, I think youre being a little paranoid. Worst case scenario is that you
will have the account deleted, end of story.
If I use the Paypal attached to the account, how do I get the money out?
You have to verify it, or just transfer the money to another Paypal. There are other ways to move the money
indirectly to another Paypal. A couple of these methods include:
1. Create two accounts at elance.com or getafreelancer.com, one as a service buyer, and one as a service
provider. These are freelancer sites that allow escrow payments that can be sent and received via Paypal, EGold,
MoneyBookers, Payoneer, and bank wire transfer.
Use your service provider account to create a private job, then award the job to your second, service buyer
account. Put the fund in escrow, and release them to yourself. Because the money is being funneled through
another channel, Paypal cant see where the money is going:

Its a perfect way to avoid compromising your Paypal accounts.
You can also cloak your Paypal transfers by using payment processors like 2Checkout and Plimus.
Recommendations:
Alright, now that you have your new EPN account, you might be wondering how to proceed. Here are my
recommendations for what you should do now, as it pertains to cookie stuffing:
Get a script such as Saucekit. SK is an excellent script, although there are others out there that are good,
and more seem to be popping up every week. Availability of these scripts seems to change and occasionally
become scarce, so check up on a forum like BHW to see whats currently available.
If youre going to stuff forums via image, make sure all referrers are blank. Make sure the forums you stuff
are targeted to what youre stuffing. A great way to find lots of targeted forums quickly is to use this Google
search term:
keyword [IMG] code is On

There are also iframebased stuffers that will allow you to stuff forums as well. The forum has to allow
HTML in posts though, and these are much harder to find than forums that allow images. The search string
for finding these forums would be:

Stuffing auctions is, in my mind, the ultimate. Its the most profitable, easiest, and safest. Saucekit includes
a flashbased stuffer for stuffing auctions. The best part about flash stuffing is that you can fake the referrer
to your white hat site, making this the most undertheradar method of stuffing.
Make sure that whatever site youre faking referrers for is entered into your EPN profile, and that it has your
affiliate link somewhere on it. Otherwise, EPN will know youre up to something. Also, its best if you have a
decent looking site that looks like its getting some good traffic.
