In other words in this first autorespond you have to let them know 3 things:
1. You have received many replays = many people wants this job (they have small chances to get it)
2. Every resume will be read.. just let them know you care :>
3. Let them know that when you will write them back.. thats mean they have great chances to get this job :>


Second mail .. send it after like day or 2..


This mail should contain:

1. You have to write them that You are an OWNER of survey panel site.. or just you cooperate with them.. and just gathers information, data needed for some projects..
2. Something about job.. that they will be creating new surveys for people.. handling and processing existing ones etc.. you must be clear with tem .. that they wont be filling up surveys for cash..
3. Give them aff link so they can know what surveys they will be dealing with.. ask them to join this survey panel.. so they will know how surveys will looks like.. and just be a little more familiar with topic of work..
4. Tell them that soon someone will contact with him/her for an interview.. just to talk and check their skills..

In general.. try to think like they do.. when they get second mail, they may think like: Hey i've got response from that company, so i have chance to really get that job.. nice :> .. but wait.. hmm there are few more people that will be at the interview.. the only thing i will be dealing is data processing with some surveys? hey i can handle that.. oh i will check this site to see how their surveys looks like to be prepared for an interview.. or some can think..: oh no.. its another scam.
