OK here it is. An oldie.

This is more meant for larger sites where you need to pay to sign up. This way when you get a potential lead it is going to look better to them.

First, you need a good domain. Something practical. If you want to go as far as getting the domain indexed feel free but the majority of these agencies don't have a really strong organic web presence. Hense us getting paid so much per lead.

Create a job ad.
Get candidates to take your screening exam.
Respond within 8 hours letting them know they passed (also let them know at end of test).

It's easy and straight forward so let's brainstorm some uses. Most of you are NOT going to find any good employment affiliate offers and the ones I know about, I aint tellin!
Besides, if everyone did the same thing it wouldn't work anymore.

A lot of credit checks are free :-) This one will be hit or miss but if you explain that you use them to run the check blah blah blah. Pretty much anything you can find that looks like it is part of the screening process, use. Every offer you toss at them must be a free one. If not, you'll get your posting accounts shut down quick.
