clickbank, how do i link directly to the checkout page?

Im using clickbank, ive got the hoplink, put it on my site. But how do I create a link that goes staight to the final step/the purchasing page and still get commisions?

Also, are their any programs available that may help, link generators or anything?

You need to just stuff them with your aff link and then link to the sales page.

Ninja affiliate is a good wp plug for cloaking your links though if you do go that route.
