It really works.
I didn't realise there was a name for doing this.
I stumbled upon a site with a pic of a cute girl who had apparently cheated on her ex and in turn he was going to give you all her pics... but not until after you completed a *quick survey*.
Anyway I knew it was a scam right away and thought i'd make something similar.
Quick page source copy, edited the html and added my bidvertiser ads instead of a survey, then made a site under a free domain and uploaded the page.
I posted on my facebook gorup which has 50,000 members and i got about 3000 visitors a day for like 5 days. It earned me 90$ in bidvertiser profits and 25$ with infinity ads in like 5 days.
Amazing technique, you should give it a go.
This is Katie, my ex-girlfriend. - thats the site I made.

Wow, that's a very unique method. Definitely going try out this one, how are your stats lately?

Very nice stats! Just about to try ewhoring actually!

The problem with this kind of promotion is its very easily imitated. I found the site, created mine and litterally within a day there were like a thousand more.
By all means give it a go.

Can be done without it being a scam in any way.
Scams exist since time immemorial. Many years ago a girl asked me to pay her air fares so as to come to me and become my wife. There was no internet in those days - student corrsepondence. But I figured out it was a scam.
Now that was naughty, but what you are really after is to become something like a high profile personals site without the money and resources of those sites. Can be done without it being a scam or cause offense to anyone.
Because personals are involved it will inevitably be disliked by the "prohibitionist movement". But that's another story.
