58 million USA email database

I have a email database of 58 Million USA email database. The list is broken into individual states.
When i say 58 million you people may think it just a warez database.
No it's not something like that.

I bought that list for $1297.

This list is broken into individual states. So you can target state. You can also target the city since every state list contains the city and address.
