Swap hosting accounts

I have a reseller account and as you know: linkbuilding from websites with same IP range isnt that effective, that is why I would like to swap hosting accounts.

(Need to have the basics: Cpanel, Mail and Fantastico deluxe)

You'll get 5 accounts @ cirtexhosting in exchange for 5 accounts at another hoster.

I understand you have a reseller account but why on earth would you want to swap hosting accounts. You know that link building from websites with the same Internet protocol range isn’t that effective, right?
