BH techniques for WH website

I run a few WH websites (real handwritten high value content, real relevant visitors, clicking real affiliate links) and I am trying to figure out what BH techniques I could use to improve google positioning/visitor numbers without hurting my sites.

The websites itself converts better than any BH method ever could and is my main source of income, so I want to stay away from agressive spamming or any method that could possibly hurt my websites reputation or current google ranking.

Any thoughts/ideas/pointers?

. If you want to use xrumer or any other spam tool on a white hat site you can directly link to it as long as you don't get greedy Most of my website I link them directly but you are unsure then you can always use Doorway pages
