I have to admit that I am a complete newbie when it comes to Black Hat and I've much to learn from you guys. In my normal job I'm an ICT trainer and mostly teach adults basic and intermediate word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.

I would say that I am pretty good at product development although I should really outsource more than I do so that I can spend more time on marketing.
