Two JV Ideas in My Mind

First one is for a .com domain that I have, which expires in February. It is for some kind of membership site. If someone wants to do a JV with it, then I can provide the following:

1. Content written for the site itself
2. If we do a PLR/MRR membership site, I can update daily with new products. I can also write an eBook/report each month/week that is exclusive to our site.

I would need your help with:

1. Setting up the membership site
2. Marketing

I have lots of little ideas to go into it to make it more than just another crappy MRR site. We can talk about different ideas. If I can't get at least the income to cover the domain renewal, it will just expire. I've tried several times to do something with it, but I always end up going in circles trying to set a membership site to work properly and give up. Then months later I would come back and try another few days, get fed up and throw it on the back burner again.

Profit split 50/50 as long as the marketing is bringing members consistently (obviously I can't devote large amounts of time developing exclusive content and such if we have only one new member a month).


Secondly...

What about building sites and flipping them? I see all kinds of sites listed on "the" auction site that were registered and created only weeks ago and the bids are up to about $200.

I can do keyword research, I can write the content, and I can probably set them up (on WP). I may need your help with setting up more advanced themes the first couple of times. I can find affiliate items to match so they just plug in their codes, too. So for this, the only thing I would really need from you is:

1. Domain purchases
2. It would be awesome if you had reseller hosting so we could offer free hosting for xx months (or I can invest in this after first few sales, but I've never done it before).

For this one, I'm doing all the content creation, most of (if not all) setting up, etc... so profit split would favor my side. I'm open to discussion, but that seems fair to me. (?)

Good luck with that - I'm making "adsense ready" sites for flipping automated, without lifting a finger. I'm up to 2000 articles, though i need to sort them out.

While you and I may not be suitable then, there was no harm in me putting it out there. I tried to make it reasonable and open to discussion for anyone who may have been interested. I'm fair and easy to get along with, so no reason to be snide towards me. If it wasn't meant that way, then by all means slap my fingers and ignore this post
