Growing Niche Idea - Are You a Paid WF Member?

I found a niche that has a decent amount of searches. I'm not sure if I'm going to make a site for it or go this route... creating an original PLR product for it with an eBook, graphics, keyword research laid out, and possibly a sales letter for it and selling it as a limited supply W(S)O.

I tried to find a CB affiliate program for it, but there doesn't appear to be one. So since there seems to be a gap in there for it, I thought about taking some proceeds from the W(S)O and using that to put it into CB (but kind of figured a member who buys the PLR would beat me to it).

Anyways, I can do all the writing. I can maybe help with graphics, but I'm only mediocre with graphics. To do it top-notch, I'd need a designer and a paid WF member to put up the W(S)O (or invest $40 and be repaid $60, whereas I would just upgrade my account).

I ran this idea and the niche, with keyword stats, with ContemptX. He agreed that it is a good and growing niche. If interested at all, please PM your experience and what role you would be interested in playing. I'll give specifics only to those I feel comfortable with.
