If you have a bit of PHP skill download smart stuffer.

It has a tracking system perfect for this and is easy to seperate from everything else. Not hard to modify.

You could also use php to set a cookie and check for that. Of course, not as effective but if you can't get a good tracking system going it's a way to do it.
