I have set this up for superman.. i am willing to set it up for one other person, but the price is 1k. This is fully setup and shown how to get traffic etc. Superman will vouch for my services and how well it works :D

you'll need a blog setup, ( i can get you a autoblog setup for $20 a very professional looking one) will need a database, and FTP access too.

Yes click jacking still works, there are many ways to do it, but getting a custom script which mine is, is going to stay ahead of g**gle ad*ense as its not been shared about like all the others. It will be made unique by myself.

guess I will have to write this one myself...but don't think LSO is necessary. just store the IP, and ban it once they view the page (they can still click on the iframe).
