It shouldn't be, just make sure your anti-virus blocks anything attached to the program.. or try the other link. (Different cracks of the same program)

Okay guys, I would make sure your anti-virus is up. Some anti-virus count patches as viruses, and some patches do contain spyware, so I'm not liable for anyone getting pwned. Use at your own risk.

Does this software arrange proxies or scrape proxies that are country specific?
e.g. If I just need UK proxies.

It scrapes, then cleans them. I'm not 100% sure (haven't used this software for over a year) but i Don't believe it sorts it out by country, you'll need a different program for that.
